We work with the legal world, so we take data protection seriously — yours included. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect at expansiel.com/legal, what we use it for, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Only the data you voluntarily submit through the site's forms:

• Maturity assessment: your email, your name or organization (optional) and your answers to the four questions.
• Contact form: your name or organization (optional), your email and your message.
• Newsletter: your email.

We also record basic technical data tied to the submission (browser and referring page) and use aggregated visit metrics (Vercel Analytics), which don't identify you individually.

What we use it for

• Generating and sending you your personalized assessment.
• Replying to your messages and scheduling meetings.
• Occasionally sending you content on AI and law if you subscribed to the newsletter. No spam: you can opt out anytime.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties. We don't use your data to train AI models.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in Supabase (managed database, encrypted in transit and at rest) and transactional emails are sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process data on servers outside Chile (mainly the United States).

How long we keep it

While a relationship or legitimate contact interest exists. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active records.

Your rights

Under Chilean data-protection law (Law 19.628 and, once in force, Law 21.719), you may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, and portability where applicable. Just email emilio@expansiel.com and we'll respond promptly.
