Strategic advisory & ongoing support
Assessment, roadmap, training and continuous support. We think through which rung to climb, in what order and with what safeguards: responsibilities, information security and billing models.
Stay in the loop. AI is changing the Law fast — hear it first, no spam. Privacy.
field: law · tool: ai · standard: rigor
We don't sell software. We work alongside you — with strategy and tailor-made builds — to bring AI in without losing the rigor the Law demands.
Approach
We think like an architecture studio: we design the strategy with you and, when needed, we build the tool. Having solved a similar problem elsewhere doesn't make it a catalog — we tailor it to how you work.
Tailor-made
Nothing canned: every implementation is cut to your reality, your data and your clients.
With you, not for you
We design the strategy and build the tool together, step by step.
With judgment
AI assists and accelerates; professional judgment and the final word remain yours.
Ius est ars boni et aequi — Law is the art of the good and the fair.
— Celsus
Who we serve
Law is practiced on many fronts. Each one has its own page, with use cases cut to its measure.
Res ipsa loquitur — The thing speaks for itself.
The method
Adopting AI isn't a leap — it's a ladder. We help you climb it rung by rung, at your organization's pace.
Everyone works better: drafting, summarizing and researching with AI — with judgment and without risks.
Your organization's knowledge stops living in loose folders: organized, classified and searchable.
The operation runs itself: case files and workflows automated end to end.
Your clients get a different experience: their own digital access to their information and matters.
Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
— Martin Luther King Jr.
How we work
Assessment, roadmap, training and continuous support. We think through which rung to climb, in what order and with what safeguards: responsibilities, information security and billing models.
Specialized agents, searchable knowledge bases, review systems with risk scoring. Built on your data and your workflows. A commission cut to your measure — not something canned.
AI-agnostic
We use the best tool for each case — and switch when a better one appears. We never lock you into a single vendor.
Dura lex, sed lex — The law is harsh, but it is the law.
A few examples
Upload a final draft; the AI gives you feedback and a risk score before it goes out. You decide.
Every piece of work generates its own metadata and feeds your organization's conversational search.
Client management, fee recommendations, analysis of your work product. Built for your practice.

About us
We come from both shores. From law: work at law firms, university teaching, talks and experience at prosecutors' offices. And from technology: building legal applications — for case law, time tracking, advanced search and information processing, plus contract review, water law and consumer law matters. That mix is what lets us translate AI into the language, the risks and the reality of legal work.

FAQ
Straight answers, no fine print. If your question isn't here, write to us.
It's the first thing we design for. We work under NDAs, define from day one where data lives and who can access it, and your data is never used to train public models. Everything is built on your information, under your safeguards, aligned with data-protection regulation.
Yes, it can — any vendor promising otherwise isn't being honest. That's why everything we build is traceable: every answer points to its source so a person can verify it in seconds. AI proposes and accelerates; review and the final word remain with the professional. Professional ethics demands it: verifying before signing can't be delegated to a machine.
No. AI absorbs the repetitive layer of the work — searching, summarizing, extracting, comparing — and gives your team back time for what truly requires judgment. The teams we've seen perform best aren't the ones that cut headcount, but the ones that do more and better work with the same people.
We're agnostic: we use the best tool for each case (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, among others) and build custom when the problem calls for it. We don't lock you into a vendor — and if something better appears tomorrow, we switch.
It depends on the engagement: strategic advisory and training work differently from a custom build. The first conversation is free and without obligation — out of it comes an honest read on whether this makes sense for you, and a scoped proposal.
We work with scoped, measurable pilots: weeks, not years. We climb the ladder rung by rung — individual productivity first, then knowledge, workflows and portals — at your organization's pace.
No. Organizing knowledge and making it searchable is often part of the work itself. Knowing which problem you want to solve is enough; we build the rest together.
In order that power may not be abused, power must check power.
— Montesquieu
A no-obligation conversation to understand your organization and show you, honestly, where AI adds value — and where it doesn't yet.
The law is reason, free from passion.
