MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
By and between PROVIDER LLC (“Provider”) and
CLIENT INC. (“Client”), the parties agree as follows:
SECTION FOUR — CONFIDENTIALITY. The parties shall
keep all exchanged information in strict confidence
for a period of five (5) years.
SECTION FIVE — TERM. Twelve (12) months, renewing
automatically unless notice is given.
SECTION SEVEN — BREACH. Delay entitles the Client to
apply an uncapped penalty, per §7.3.

About us
We know law, and we know AI.
We come from both shores. From law: work at law firms, university teaching, talks and experience at prosecutors' offices. And from technology: building legal applications — for case law, time tracking, advanced search and information processing, plus contract review, water law and consumer law matters. What about confidentiality?
It's the first thing we design for. We work under NDAs, define from day one where data lives and who can access it, and your data is never used to train public models. Everything is built on your information, under your safeguards, aligned with data-protection regulation.
Can the AI get it wrong? Who's responsible?
Yes, it can — any vendor promising otherwise isn't being honest. That's why everything we build is traceable: every answer points to its source so a person can verify it in seconds. AI proposes and accelerates; review and the final word remain with the professional. Professional ethics demands it: verifying before signing can't be delegated to a machine.
Does this replace my team?
No. AI absorbs the repetitive layer of the work — searching, summarizing, extracting, comparing — and gives your team back time for what truly requires judgment. The teams we've seen perform best aren't the ones that cut headcount, but the ones that do more and better work with the same people.
Which tools do you work with?
We're agnostic: we use the best tool for each case (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, among others) and build custom when the problem calls for it. We don't lock you into a vendor — and if something better appears tomorrow, we switch.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the engagement: strategic advisory and training work differently from a custom build. The first conversation is free and without obligation — out of it comes an honest read on whether this makes sense for you, and a scoped proposal.
How long until we see results?
We work with scoped, measurable pilots: weeks, not years. We climb the ladder rung by rung — individual productivity first, then knowledge, workflows and portals — at your organization's pace.
Do I need my data organized before starting?
No. Organizing knowledge and making it searchable is often part of the work itself. Knowing which problem you want to solve is enough; we build the rest together.
